Prohibited Items and Catalogue Rules

Version: 1.0 · Effective date: [INSERT EFFECTIVE DATE] · Last updated: 25 October 2026 · Contact: hello@fashuki.com

This marketplace is limited to lawful fashion items approved by Fashuki.

1. Items that may be listed

Only approved fashion categories may be listed, including clothing, footwear, bags, accessories, jewellery, and other categories expressly enabled by Fashuki. Every item must be lawful, safe, authentic, owned by the seller, and accurately described.

2. Prohibited items

• Counterfeit, replica, fake, unauthorised, trademark infringing, or pirated goods.
• Stolen goods, goods of suspicious origin, or items the seller is not authorised to sell.
• Recalled, unsafe, contaminated, hazardous, or legally restricted products.
• Weapons, drugs, alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, medicines, supplements, food, live animals, human remains, sexual services, or other non fashion goods.
• Used cosmetics, opened personal care products, or hygiene sensitive items prohibited by applicable law or Fashuki rules.
• Used intimate apparel where hygiene makes resale inappropriate, unless Fashuki expressly permits a new, sealed category.
• Fur, animal products, endangered species materials, or cultural property where trade is restricted or evidence is insufficient.
• Official uniforms, badges, identity documents, financial products, gift cards, tickets, digital goods, mystery boxes, dropshipped goods, or services.
• Items bearing hateful, extremist, discriminatory, violent, illegal, or exploitative content.
• Any item prohibited by UAE federal law, the law of the relevant Emirate, sanctions, customs rules, carrier rules, or payment provider rules.

3. Catalogue rules

• One listing per actual unique item. Do not duplicate, keyword spam, or list an unavailable item.
• Choose the correct category, brand, size, and condition. Never select a prestigious brand only to gain visibility.
• Show all defects and alterations in photographs and text.
• Do not include external payment details, unrelated marketing, personal contact details, or links intended to move the sale off platform.
• Use only photographs and text you own or may lawfully use.

4. Enforcement

Fashuki may request evidence, hide or remove a listing, cancel an order, refund a buyer, hold proceeds, restrict an account, or report suspected unlawful activity. High risk brands and categories may require pre approval or authentication. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to permanent closure.

5. Reporting

Report a prohibited listing through the Report listing button or email hello@fashuki.com with the URL and reason.
