Business Seller Standards

This policy applies to sellers acting in trade or business and supplements the Seller Terms.

1. Registration and disclosure

A Business Seller must provide and keep current its legal name, trading name, legal form, trade licence number, licensing authority, registered address, business contact details, VAT or tax registration where applicable, authorised representative, beneficial ownership, and bank details. The public seller page must show legally required identity and contact information.

2. Consumer information

Before purchase, provide sufficient and accurate product information in Arabic, with English where offered, including price in AED, taxes and charges, condition, defects, material details, quantity, delivery, return, warranty, repair, and seller information. Do not use misleading descriptions, omissions, urgency, discounts, or reviews.

3. Invoices and records

Provide an electronic invoice in Arabic, with English where offered, including the seller’s name, address and contact, date, item description, quantity, used condition where applicable, AED price, warranty if any, expected delivery, commercial registration, and tax number where applicable. Retain legally required transaction and accounting records.

4. Product compliance

Ensure lawful sourcing, authenticity, safety, labelling, customs, conformity, recalls, warranties, and any required approvals. Notify Fashuki immediately of a safety concern or recall and cooperate with buyer communications and remedies.

5. Returns and after sales service

Provide every repair, replacement, refund, warranty, and after sales obligation required by UAE law and any additional promise made in the listing. Do not state “no refunds” or rely on a policy that removes mandatory rights.

6. Monitoring

Fashuki may request records, perform test purchases, review complaints, and restrict a Business Seller that fails its legal or service obligations. A platform review does not transfer the seller’s obligations or reduce Fashuki’s own non excludable responsibilities.
