Intellectual Property and Counterfeit Policy

1. Respect for rights

Fashuki does not permit counterfeit goods or content that infringes trademarks, copyright, designs, patents, publicity rights, or other intellectual property. Sellers are responsible for authenticity and permission to use listing text and images.

2. Rights holder report

A rights holder or authorised representative may email hello@fashuki.com with: full name and contact details, the right and proof of ownership or authority, the exact listing URLs, a clear explanation, relevant registrations or examples, a good faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement, and an electronic signature.

3. Our review

We may request more information, remove or restrict content, notify the seller, preserve records, cancel related orders, hold proceeds, or take account action. We may share the report with the affected seller where lawful and necessary to provide notice and allow a response.

4. Seller response

A seller who believes content was removed in error may provide identity, the removed URL, evidence of authenticity or permission, an explanation, and an electronic signature. Reinstatement is discretionary and subject to law, safety, and sufficient evidence.

5. Repeat infringement and counterfeit enforcement

Fashuki may permanently close repeat or serious infringer accounts, prevent re registration, refund buyers, withhold or recover proceeds, and report suspected criminal or unlawful trade to rights holders, payment providers, regulators, customs, or law enforcement where appropriate.
