What you need
- You must be 18 or over and have a verified account.
- The item must be an approved, authentic fashion item that you own or are authorised to sell.
- You need clear original photographs and an honest description of condition and defects.
- You need an approved delivery method and payout account in your verified name.
What it costs
Seller commission: [INSERT COMMISSION RATE, CALCULATION, AND VAT]. Any fee is shown before you publish and again in the order breakdown. Estimated proceeds are displayed before you confirm the listing.
What happens after a sale
Pack the item carefully, ship it within [INSERT MAXIMUM DISPATCH PERIOD], and upload valid tracking. Eligible proceeds become available [INSERT PAYOUT HOLD PERIOD] after delivery or buyer acceptance, provided no issue or hold is open.
Your seller journey
1. Create your account
Register with your email and mobile number, confirm that you are 18 or over, and choose whether you are a Private Seller or Business Seller.
2. Verify your details
Complete the identity, address, and payout checks requested. Business Sellers must also provide licence, business, tax, representative, and beneficial ownership information where required.
3. Build your seller profile
Add a profile image or brand logo, a short introduction, your UAE location, delivery information, and return terms. Do not publish private contact details unless they are legally required business details.
4. Create an honest listing
Choose the correct category and add original photographs. Enter brand, size, colour, material, measurements, condition, defects, alterations, location, delivery method, processing time, and price in AED.
5. Pass listing checks
We may check catalogue accuracy, authenticity, safety, prohibited items, image quality, duplication, and unusual activity. Some items or brands may require proof before publication.
6. Make the sale
When payment is confirmed, you receive an order notification. Keep all communication on Fashuki and do not ask the buyer to pay elsewhere.
7. Pack and ship
Pack the exact item securely, dispatch within [INSERT MAXIMUM DISPATCH PERIOD], and upload valid tracking. Keep proof of dispatch and photographs of the parcel.
8. Delivery and review
The buyer receives and inspects the item. If an issue is reported, respond through the case and provide evidence within the stated deadline.
9. Receive your proceeds
If no issue or hold applies, eligible proceeds become available [INSERT PAYOUT HOLD PERIOD] after confirmed delivery or buyer acceptance. Withdraw using an approved account in your verified name.
10. Build trust
Ship on time, describe items accurately, respond respectfully, and resolve genuine issues. Verified transaction reviews and objective performance information may appear on your profile.
Private or Business seller?
Private Seller
Choose this if you are selling mainly your own items outside a trade or business. You must still list lawfully and accurately and cooperate with buyer protection claims.
Business Seller
Choose this if you sell as a company, sole trader, professional, or as part of commercial activity. You must provide business verification and comply with UAE consumer, invoice, tax, warranty, return, and disclosure requirements. See the Business Seller Standards.
