Community Standards and Trust and Safety Policy

These standards apply to buyers, sellers, reviews, profiles, and messages.

1. Expected conduct

Be honest, respectful, and reliable. Describe items accurately, pay and ship through approved methods, respond to genuine questions, protect personal information, and cooperate with support.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual harassment, stalking, bullying, or discriminatory conduct.
• Fraud, identity abuse, stolen payment credentials, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, collusion, or money laundering.
• Fake accounts, fake reviews, review manipulation, undisclosed incentives, or coordinated rating activity.
• Spam, phishing, malware, scraping, bots, security testing without permission, or interference with the service.
• Pressuring another user to pay, communicate, deliver, or return outside Fashuki.
• Publishing another person’s address, identity document, payment details, private messages, or other personal information without lawful reason.
• False reports, evidence manipulation, return substitution, empty package claims, or repeated bad faith disputes.

3. Reporting and urgent safety

Use the in product report tools or email hello@fashuki.com. If there is immediate danger or suspected crime, contact the appropriate UAE emergency or law enforcement service. Fashuki support is not an emergency service.

4. How we respond

We may review content and transaction records, request evidence, warn a user, remove content, limit messaging, cancel a transaction, hold proceeds, suspend or close an account, preserve evidence, or report matters where appropriate. We aim to act proportionately, but urgent fraud, safety, counterfeit, or legal risks may require immediate action.

5. Appeals

Where appropriate, the affected user may appeal within [INSERT APPEAL PERIOD] by sending the decision reference and relevant new evidence to hello@fashuki.com. Some actions cannot be reversed where a law, court, regulator, payment provider, or safety risk prevents it.
