Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Available delivery methods

Fashuki supports [INSERT APPROVED COURIERS, PLATFORM LABELS, AND APPROVED LOCAL HANDOVER METHODS]. Available options and prices are shown before order confirmation. Sellers may use only approved methods and licensed logistics providers where required.

2. Seller responsibilities

• Dispatch within the listing’s processing time and no later than [INSERT MAXIMUM DISPATCH PERIOD].
• Use suitable protective packaging and comply with carrier restrictions.
• Use the exact delivery address and approved label.
• Upload genuine tracking immediately after carrier acceptance.
• Retain proof of dispatch, package condition, weight, and delivery.
• Do not charge a delivery amount not disclosed before checkout.

3. Buyer responsibilities

The buyer must provide a complete and accurate address and contact information, monitor tracking, be available for delivery, and collect an item where required. Additional cost caused by an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery may be charged only where permitted and disclosed.

4. Delivery estimates

The estimated delivery date is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed. The order page shows seller processing time, carrier estimate, tracking, and delay notices. Fashuki and the seller will not present an estimate as guaranteed if it is not guaranteed.

5. Tracking and delivery confirmation

Delivery is normally confirmed by carrier tracking, a secure pickup code, or another approved record. If tracking says delivered but the buyer cannot locate the parcel, the buyer should check the address, household, reception, safe place, and carrier, then report the issue promptly through the order.

6. Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

The seller must cooperate with carrier claims. The buyer must preserve packaging and evidence. Fashuki will assess the order under the Buyer Protection Policy and applicable law. The existence of carrier compensation does not remove a consumer remedy owed by a seller or platform.

7. Prohibited shipping conduct

Do not ship prohibited goods, undeclared restricted materials, dangerous goods, counterfeit goods, or any item inconsistent with the carrier’s rules. Do not reuse tracking, enter false tracking, split an order without disclosure, or arrange an off platform delivery to avoid protections.

8. International delivery
