There are steps you can take to get more attention to your items and sell them quicker and easier:
Good to know:
When a buyer pays for an item, this payment appears as “Pending” in the seller’s Fashuki Balance.
Funds under “Pending balance” are temporarily stored by our payment service provider until the order is completed:
Buyers have 2 days from being notified by Fashuki that the item should have been delivered or that the order seems lost to confirm if “Everything is OK” with the order, or press “I have an issue” and submit their claim.
The order will get completed after the buyer presses Everything is OK or if an issue is raised and resolved.
As soon as the order is completed, the payment moves to “Available balance”, which you can use.
Buyers have 14 days from being notified by Fashuki that the item should have been delivered or that the order seems lost to press “I have an issue” and submit their claim.
The order will be completed automatically after 14 days if the buyer doesn’t report any issues.
As soon as the order is completed, the payment moves to “Available balance”.
You can use all funds in “Available balance” in 2 ways. You can withdraw them to your bank account or use them to buy from other members on Fashuki.
The available balance can cover an item’s price, as well as Buyer Protection fee and shipping costs. If you don’t withdraw the money, it will apply to your next Fashuki purchase automatically.
Please note that you might have to pass an identity check. It’s part of mandatory regulatory requirements applicable to our payment service provider.
Our payment service provider stores money under “Pending balance” to temporarily delay it from reaching the seller. This is a common practice in online marketplaces. It helps us make Fashuki safe and secure for both buyers and sellers.
If something goes wrong, we may refund the buyer as per our Refund Policy. Though, you can mutually agree on a different resolution.
Your funds and private details are confidential and well-protected.
