If you mistyped your email address while creating your Fashuki account, reach out to us by pressing Contact us below, and we’ll help you to sort it out.

If you chose to hide your email address when you registered, make sure ‘email forwarding’ is turned on in your Apple ID settings. This ensures that emails can be forwarded correctly to your linked email inbox. The encrypted/linked email address usually looks like this: xxxx@privaterelay.appleid.com.

Don’t have access to the email address linked with your Apple ID? You’ll need to change your linked email address in your Apple device settings.

Received an email message from Fashuki though you never registered? Probably some other member mistyped their email address and it happened to be yours. Drop us a note, and we’ll sort it out.

There are 4 ways to sign up on Fashuki:

  • Via Facebook
  • Via Email
  • Via Google account
  • Via Apple ID

If you experience any problems signing up via one method, try the other methods too.

By using sign-up via Apple ID, you’ll be able to quickly sign in with your Face ID, Touch ID, or your device’s passcode (depending on the device).

To sign up, you’ll have to use your email address. However, you may choose to hide it.

Hidden email address

Instead of openly showing your email address, you can use an email auto-generated by Apple. All our email messages will be automatically forwarded from there to your real inbox.

This way, neither us, nor our third-party service providers will receive your real inbox information.

The randomly generated email address will be unique and follow this format: <unique-alphanumeric-string>@privaterelay.appleid.com.

Apple sign-up & Android devices

Our mobile app only supports authentication via Apple on iOS devices. However, you can sign up and log in via Apple on an Android device if you use your browser instead.

Still can’t sign up?

Follow these tips:

  • Make sure that you don’t already have a Fashuki account under the same email or Facebook profile.
  • Check your email address for typos.
  • Make sure you’ve ticked the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy checkbox.
  • Create a password that has 7 or more characters (they should include at least 1 numeral). Also, the password can’t match your username.
  • Pick up another username if you see the message ‘Login name is already taken’.
Important
You can’t have multiple accounts on Fashuki. If you create a duplicate account, we’ll have to block it.

If you can’t access your account:

  • Try entering your email address instead of your username (use the email address you used to register on Fashuki), or the same log-in method you used to register, such as Facebook, Google, or Apple ID.
  • Make sure you’re trying to log in to the correct website or app for your region.
Note
If you registered by Facebook, Google, or Apple ID, you might not have a password yet. Follow the steps below to create a password and continue to your account.

You can reset your password and create a new one if you’ve forgotten it or didn’t have a password before (like when using a Facebook, Google, or Apple ID login).

To reset your password or create a new password:

  1. Press Log in and then log in with email
  2. Select Forgotten your password?
  3. Enter your email address and then press Continue
  4. Open our email and press Change password
  5. You’ll then be able to create a new password and regain access to your account.

You can also enter the email linked to your Facebook, Google, or Apple ID if you registered using one of these methods.

Please check your spam folder to make sure our email didn’t end up there.

If you can’t access the email that you signed-up with or don’t receive the password reset email, press “Contact us” below.

If you still can’t log in, your account might be on hold:

  • We might need to verify your phone number.
  • Your account may be locked due to suspicious activity. If so, you’ll need to confirm ownership of your account to unlock it.
  • Your account might be blocked. We’ll always inform you about being blocked when it happens and what you can do next.
