After pressing the Buy now button, you’ll be able to choose a payment method for your order. Fashuki accepts the following payment methods:
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, including prepaid cards (PCS) and e-cards. This is how to add or manage your account’s payment cards.
  • This method will be chosen automatically if you have money in your Fashuki Balance from selling items.
  • If your Fashuki Balance isn’t enough to cover the price of the item, you’ll need to use a second method to cover the rest of the payment.
  • Don’t want to use your earnings for purchases on Fashuki? You can transfer money from your Fashuki Balance to your bank account at any time.
  • If you have Apple Pay or Google Pay set up on your iOS/Android device, you can use it on Fashuki.
  • When buying an item, you may be asked to use the verification method set up on your device (e.g. Face ID, fingerprint scan, passcode, etc) to verify the payment.
Note
Buyer Protection applies to all payments made using the Buy Now button for a fee. If you pay for an item outside of Fashuki’s system, we won’t be able to assist if there’s an issue.

Good to know:

  • Not all of the payment methods mentioned above may be available to each member.
  • We may charge a small amount to your card to verify your account. This charge will be refunded immediately.

We appreciate you spreading the word about Fashuki and we’ll be happy to send you a voucher for inviting your friend to Fashuki. 

To use a voucher:
  1. Simply find an item you love and press Buy now.
  2. The voucher will be applied to the purchase automatically. You’ll see it at the checkout screen after entering your payment details.
Note
Currently we do not support voucher-based payments with custom shipping or no shipping options.
I can’t see my voucher

Sometimes the reason you don’t see your voucher is because the invited users didn’t sign up using the link. If your voucher seems to be missing, please send us the username of the member you invited, and a screenshot proving that you shared your invitation link with them.

Good to know:
  • Vouchers can be used to buy items that cost at least £15
  • Vouchers only cover the item’s price (not postage costs or the Buyer Protection fee)
  • Vouchers are eligible for 90 days (their expiry date is in the voucher message)
  • Only 1 voucher can be used at a time, and it can’t be redeemed in cash

An order can only be cancelled (by either the buyer or the seller) if the item hasn’t been shipped yet.

To cancel an order:

  1. Open your conversation with the other member
  2. Press the ⓘ symbol in the top-right corner
  3. Choose Cancel order and select a reason from the list, or choose Other and give more details

The seller might have to confirm the cancellation if they’ve already sent the order, but the tracking information hasn’t been updated yet. If they don’t confirm the cancellation, please wait until the order is cancelled automatically.

Note
  • If you cancel an order manually, you might receive automatic negative feedback. To avoid it, inform the other member before cancelling the order and reach a mutual agreement. Then they will be able to edit or delete the feedback.
  • Additionally, buyers can wait until the order is cancelled automatically instead of cancelling it themselves.
Good to know
  • After an order is cancelled, sellers can press Re-upload item in their conversation screen to put the item on sale again.
  • In certain cases, we may cancel an order too.
