When you buy an item from a seller through Fashuki, your purchase is covered by our Buyer Protection. It ensures that your money is held securely throughout the entire transaction, that your payment is transferred safely, and that we can help you resolve any issues or refunds. Refund policy
We’ll issue a refund if your item doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or is not as described. You have 2 days to submit a claim. Unless agreed otherwise, the buyer pays for return shipping. Find out more about Fashuki’s refund and returns policy.
Secure transactions
Your money is held securely throughout the entire transaction. We won’t release it to the seller until you receive your order and confirm everything is OK.
